How often will my books be updated?

We reconcile and update your books on a monthly basis, with a full month-end close delivered within the first two weeks of the following month. If you need more frequent updates, we can discuss a custom cadence.

Do I need to send you receipts and documents?

We connect directly to your bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processors via read-only feeds, so most transactions are captured automatically. For expenses that require receipts (like reimbursements), we will let you know exactly what we need.

What if my books are already a mess?

No problem — that is what our Bookkeeping Cleanup & Catch-Up service is for. We will get your historical records in order first, then transition you into ongoing monthly bookkeeping.

Will I have a dedicated bookkeeper?
